HOW TO PLACE A RESERVATION

Please take some time to read through the required steps needed to create a seamless reservation for your corporate photography session with us.

Kindly do adhere to the instructions and terms so we can assist in reserving the studio space and team to attend to your shoot quickly.

A) Advanced booking required to secure all bookings. Do try to book your reservation as early as possible for choice placement. A 5 day advance booking is recommended.If you intend to come in urgently, do call or email the studio on the same day and our team will try their best to place you subject to availability.

B) Have a look through your schedule and think up TWO preferred dates & times between 1130am – 530am, Mondays though Saturdays.

NOTE: It is essential that you will be able to make the date and timing submitted as the team and studio space will be reserved to attend to your session exclusively . Last minute changes / cancellations below 72 hours from the date of shoot may incur fees as the short notice renders the entire timing/studio/team without any other business to cover the change.

C)Call our studio at 68353012 and let our team asssist in checking and booking in the first available date and time based of your preference.

D) Alternativley, email your request to enquiry@beautyboxstudio.com.sg:

– NAME

– HANDPHONE / CONTACT NUMBER

– THE TWO DATES AND TIMINGS PREFERRED

E) Once the preferred date/time is available, please return to to the page of your preferred session and make the purchase through our website.

F) Name of payee must correspond with the booking name for faster verification. Do inform our staff if there should be a difference in payee’s and attendee’s names.

ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT METHOD

A) 50% retainer deposit of the session rate must be made via PayNow to UEN 52857142K (THE BEAUTYBOX STUDIO)

B) Name of payee must correspond with the booking name for faster verification. Do inform our staff if there should be a difference in payee’s and attendee’s names.
