1. Which corporate photo session will suit me best?

Our sessions are designed to cater to basic requests such as clients seeking to renewing their passport to updating a LinkedIn profile picture to a really impressive headshot for press release / company promotion/ annual report. You may consult our sales team via a call to the studio / Whatsapp / email and we will be happy to point you to the most appropriate session.

2. What can I expect from the photography session?

Sessions include light studio makeup and a basic hairstyling session, loan of a basic corporate shirt and dark blazer with one choice of studio backdrop in Grey, Off-White, Dark Blue or Pure White. The photo-shoot is fully guided and you don’t have to worry about how to pose, when to smile or being nervous.

3. How long does a shoot session last?

Passport / Headshot session – appropriately 45 mins – 1 hour

Half-body session            – approximately 90 minutes – 120 minutes

Higher end session          -approximately 2.5 hours

4. When can I receive my images?

Your final edited professional head-shots of your choice will be made available for approval within 5 business days.

5. I need my image really urgently because my dateline is today. Can I get the image right away?

We understand that your needs may be time sensitive, please inquire about our same-day express service for expedited services at a small cost for this convenience.

For the paid fee, the team will prioritize your order ahead of the queue and process it right away. For express orders, the image will be ready as soon as 1 hour for passport / headshots and within 2-3 hours for higher resolution images on the same day

6. May I change more outfits if I bring in my own sets?

The session is time-based so the fee paid will permit for outfits as stated in each session. Additional outfit requests will have a fee to extend the time with our team in the studio, do enquire with us.

7. What outfit should I bring for my corporate shoot?

We encouage our clients to co-ordinate and bring in their own corpoarte outfit for a better fit and to try to avoid the standard white shirt/ blouse and dark blazer.
For the ladies, do try to accesorize. Simple jewelery like a watch, small brooch or earrings give your image an extra edge. Men should try to bring in a few different shirts, ties and accessories such as pocket square, cuflinks etc.

8. I had a bad experience with another studio. How well will my shots turn out?

We understand that every customer is different and some will take to the camera like fish to water while others will take a little more coaxing and time to ease into a comfortable feel in front of the lens. We do not rush through our shoots and our photographers always ensure that they shoot sufficient good images before they wrap the shoot. We always get to know our subjects more before settling them into the session and will not start until we are certain that the subject is relaxed and ready. Our two decades of photography experience in portrait photography allows us to easily create strong head-shots that you are sure to appreciate.

9. Why are sessions priced differently with some more expensive than others?

The expertise and professional equipment invested to help a customer obtain impressive and professional images did not happen overnight. When we produce an image, it is not just a picture but an end-product of the combined efforts of a team of professionals, each an expert in their field from make-up to photography to post-production.
We need to price images according to the level of usage they can be used. The higher the resolution, the more platforms it can be utilized by the client. Therefore, fees are priced accordingly to justify the efforts invested.

11. Is there parking in your building?

12. Do I need to go for a haircut ahead of my shoot?

Every client is different so it realy depends on the individual. For men, a neat trim would enure that your outlook looks better. For ladies, our hairstyling team can style your hair well enough to create a professional result. However, we advsie any client with greying harlines or roots to consider getting them touched up by a salon prior to the shoot.

13. What brands of make-up products do you carry and use for the session?

We carry a wide range of products as each skin tone will require different shades of foundation, blusher, shadow and lipstick to create a professional outlook which compliments the customer best. Some prominent brands we use are NARS, BOBBI BROWN, CHANEL.
We encourage our clients to bring in their own products and brushes if preferred.

14. How clean are your brushes and equipment?

All make-up brushes are washed daily. Hairbrushes are washed twice a week with more frequency if they have been heavily utilized. Styling equipment is wiped down and sanitized each day.
